Nepal Adventure Point provides peak climbing information of Nepal. Nepal is famous in mountaineering field which is challenge adventure package in Nepal Himalayan. After successfully climbed the Mt. Everest by Tenzing Norgey Sherpa and Sir Edmund Hilary, it is best known in every corner of the world as the homeland of the Mt. Everest & other several series of mountains peaks. There are about 236 peaks currently available for expeditions & further 33 minor peaks are being designed for trekking purpose. The climbing of these peaks are controlled under the rules & regulations conducted by Nepal Mountaineering Association.
The most popular trekking peaks are Island Peak, Mera Peak, Lobuche East Peak, Pokalde Peak, in Everest region, Yala peak and Nayakanga Peak in Langtang region and Pisang Peak, Chulu east, Chulu west, Singuchuli Peak, Tharpu Chuli Peak in Annapurna region. For the more adventurous traveler, there are 18 minor peaks open for Alpine climbing under Nepal Mountaineering Association. The climbing of these peaks is controlled under the rules & regulations formulated by this Association.
